supervision

Why supervision + consultation?

Within the world of attachment-based therapy, I believe that therapists themselves learn and develop in profound ways when they feel supported and attached.  This kind of connection can happen in one-on-one settings or with groups.  My hope in offering supervision and consultation is that therapists feel encouraged and challenged, not just in their work with clients but in how they are developing as helping professionals and who they are becoming as people.

Where do we start?

Consultation Groups

Growing and developing alongside others in a variety of topic areas

Individual Supervision

A collaborative relationship to discover and develop your unique, confident presence as an Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapist

Learning Modules

A cohort-based learning opportunity including large group meetings, small group planning times, and one-on-one support

Do I need supervision/consultation?

Oftentimes, clinicians and helping professionals request supervision/consultation for the following reasons:

  • Wanting to grow in their skills and understanding
  • A requirement of a specific certification process (i.e. becoming a certified EFT therapist)
  • Desiring to learn and grown within the context of a group of peers
  • Feeling stuck, burned out, or overwhelmed by their role as a helping professional
  • Needing support with a specific case
